Though you’ve managed to meet expectations socially and in your career, there’s not a lot of balance in your life. You work really hard to keep all the plates spinning in spite of your internal struggles, but don’t get to slow down and enjoy yourself very often. What’s most frustrating is that on top of trying yoga, meditation, and journaling, you’ve probably also already tried therapy or medication, and yet still find yourself stuck in this rut. 

You might worry that something is “wrong” with you, or that you’ll continue to feel this way forever, but are willing to try something new if it could lead to a future where you actually feel better.

This is where deep, holistic, and integrative mental healthcare comes in.

My approach goes beyond prescribing medication after a 10-minute conversation or doing traditional talk therapy. It involves looking at how things like nutrition, movement, and your environment influence your mental health. It also involves understanding how past experiences have shaped your nervous system and personality, and how we can reshape them to give you a better quality of life. We’ll take your whole self—mind, body, and everything in between—into account to support deeper healing and growth.

The process

Click the button below to schedule an appointment. I am based in Davidson and currently only offer online appointments, which are available across North Carolina, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

During your appointment, we’ll discuss what you’re struggling with and what you’ve tried so far to overcome it. We’ll also talk about your physical health and its influences on your mental health, and I can answer any questions you have.

Together, we’ll decide what would be most beneficial for you and make a plan. Whether you’re interested in therapy, medication, supplements, or a combination of the three, I’ll make sure you have all the information you need to feel confident in our direction. We’ll check in regularly to follow up on your progress and shift course as needed.
